Our partnership policy

Coloc-Actions is putting in place a dynamic to bring together all the players in the city (associations, public authorities, businesses), as we explained earlier. We therefore set up partnerships whenever possible, for the benefit of all users and to ensure a smooth process.

What we have put in place

  • Working with a non-profit mediation organisation to manage delicate situations
  • Discussions with housing and property professionals to improve understanding of the specific situation of flatmates, their specific needs and how to defend their case with landlords, etc.
  • Seeking to set up specific structures with the public authorities.
  • Organisation of a purchasing cooperative with Power 4 You

A place to think and work

But beyond this stage, Coloc-Actions also trains the broader and more ambitious project to provide a space for reflection and work the players in the Shared Housing and Shared Sharing sectors to work together with all the energies and resources available.

Structurally, our non-profit association has surrounded itself with a team of four operators who are experts in their own disciplines.

In the Shared Housing and Shared Sharing network:

  • We have no fewer than 50 partners in the housing sector with whom we want to develop new services.
  • And more broadly, all the partners involved in the world of housing, with whom we also want to develop new services.

Coloc-Actions remains open to any other institution or organisation that might find it useful to work with us, even if they are not from the housing sector.
