It's obviously aimed at you, whether you're a flatmate or a landlord, but also at all the partners - public authorities, associations, companies - who want to work together on this increasingly necessary mission of enabling all citizens to have a decent roof over their heads that they can afford.
Our mission is not only to find a home for everyone, but also to find a suitable habitat that combines housing, work and well-being. To achieve this, we need to create a fruitful synergy between all the players involved: flatmates, landlords, associations, businesses and the public authorities... something that we at Coloc-Actions propose to facilitate, in order to turn every project into a concrete reality.
Our aim is to help you find the best possible solution that meets your desire for better housing and a better way of living together, while taking into account (your) unavoidable material contingencies.
